The RAC Car Diagnostics Scanner will find out what is really wrong with your car before taking it to the garage.

You can even find out the faults on second hand cars before you buy.

Modern cars have a built in diagnostic system called OBDII or EOBD which your garage will plug into... now you can do the same and determine those faults before.

The RAC Car Diagnostics Scanner is compatible with all petrol cars since 2001 and diesel models since 2004.

The scanner is also compatible with earlier models of cars.

The diagnostics machine will display fault codes on screen and will reset all fault codes on the car system and check engine which does appear and cost you the earth to get reset when you have to take it to the garage.

The RAC Car Diagnostics Scanner has a backlit display and is compatible with the latest CAN protocol.

It will store information on the scanner for if you wish to run through the faults away from the car. You can also update all fault codes via the internet.

The kit includes the scanner, user manuals, software CD, OBDII cable, Serial cable, carry case and a 9v battery.
